Bio :

Born and raised in central Ohio, Dave resides in the area having witnessed its tremendous growth over the past few decades. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and is married to a seasoned special education teacher. Dave and his wife have one daughter and two Golden Retrievers. Dave has always been physically active lifting weights, more recently incorporating cardiovascular exercises, dynamic stretching and eating healthy. His family history of dementia and cancer fuels his passion to work out regularly to help stave off the awful diseases – it is this lifestyle passion that genuinely fuels his desire to help others in the community via unique GYMGUYZ mobile services!

Bio :

Brooke was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and is the mother to two girls, Zoe (18 years old) and Sophia (13 years old). 

Brooke started her fitness journey as a fight against childhood obesity and teenage eating disorder. She transitioned to losing over 100 lbs., running the Columbus marathon, becoming World’s Strongest Woman in 2018 and America’s Strongest Woman in 2019. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Brooke has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals and looks forward to taking that to the next level with GYMGUYZ!

In her spare time Brooke enjoys long distance cycling, roller blading, and golfing. 

Cheryl Ogg North Columbus Trainer

Bio :

Cheryl was born and raised in Central Ohio and started her active life being involved in softball, basketball, cheerleading and dance throughout her teen years.  Wanting to pursue a career in dance, she attended The Ohio State University as a Dance Major and taught various dance fitness classes in the intramural program and at various studios.  While at OSU she was invited to be part of a graduate student study to see how weight training would affect dancers.  She liked it so much she later began work in the fitness industry.  As a cancer survivor, Cheryl has a passion to help each client meet their fitness goals and live a long and healthy life!

Kenny Hodge is a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their best selves. With a background as a former college football player and a brief stint in semi-professional football, Kenny brings a wealth of experience in athletic training and performance.
In addition to his athletic career, Kenny has dedicated 15 years to serving as a youth counselor, providing guidance and support to young people and helping them navigate life’s challenges. This extensive experience has honed his skills in motivation, mentorship, and personal development. Combining his love for fitness and personal growth, Kenny founded his own clothing line, YOU vs you. Bio :

Marcus Herzberg is a NASM certified personal trainer whose fitness career spans more than three decades. In addition to his own training, Marcus has helped a variety of clients reach their fitness goals related to muscular development, physical conditioning, and weight loss/control. He has worked as a strength and fitness coach with high school athletes for the purposes of enhancing athletic performance. He has also assisted in the rehabilitation of individuals who have suffered occupational accidents, enabling them to recover from injuries and surgeries so that they can return to work. In addition, Marcus has trained clients who suffer from conditions affecting their joints, such as arthritis and lupus, helping them to regain and build functional strength and flexibility. Recently he has begun working with residents of memory care assisted living communities to enhance both their physical and mental well-being. Marcus has also contributed to blogs and other online forums concerning fitness-related topics.
