OUR TEAM OF PERSONAL TRAINERS IN Rhode Island

Stacy

Master Trainer

Hi! My name is Stacy Torres. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach, FMS Level 1 and 2, Screening and Corrective Specialist, Stretch Therapist, and TRX Certified Trainer. Before entering the fitness industry, I earned my Masters degree in Education and worked as a Spanish and ESL teacher. After several years of teaching, I realized my true passion was helping others through health and fitness, and I have been pursuing that passion ever since. My approach to training goes beyond simply getting stronger. I use my background in functional movement, movement screening, and strength training to create personalized programs that help clients move better, build confidence, and feel stronger in their everyday lives. I believe strength has a much greater meaning than what we can lift. It can help us overcome fears, accomplish things we did not think were possible, and improve how we feel both physically and mentally. My goal is to meet every client where they are and empower them to become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.

Hi! My name is Ethan Hines. I have a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My goal is to help you move with confidence, build lasting strength, and achieve results that make a difference in your everyday life. I approach fitness through a scientific lens to ensure every workout is safe, effective, and tailored specifically to you. But more importantly, I focus on YOU. I meet you where you are and create engaging, personalized workouts that fit your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Together, we will not just chase short-term results. We will build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that last.

Nicholas

Trainer

I am a U.S. Army veteran, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. My own fitness journey began when I started training to join the military, and that experience sparked a lifelong love of fitness. Today, I enjoy helping people reach all kinds of goals, whether that is losing weight, training for a 5K, building strength, or simply taking the first step in their fitness journey. Outside of training, I am proud girl dad, an outfielder in a baseball league in Newport, a huge video game nerd, and an avid hiker. I love spending as much time outdoors as possible. This year, I am challenging myself to complete my first Spartan Race.
