With a background in tech, business leadership, and private investment, she believes mental toughness starts with physical health. Her mission is to help busy professionals, families, seniors, and athletes transform both mind and body through premium fitness experience delivered directly to them.

Master Trainer

Fox is the founding growth lead for Gymguyz San Francisco Marin, with 10 years of experience helping clients achieve real measurable results through inhome personal training. He works with everyone from beginners to performance driven clients, designing highly personalized programs focused on strength, fat loss, mobility and injury prevention. His background in MMA, track and field, and team sports allow him to blend strength, conditioning and functional training into efficient results driven sessions. Fox holds certification including NCEP CPT, Crossfit Level 2, NASM corrective Exercise specialist, PrePost Natal coaching, enabling him to safely train clients across all fitness levels and life stages. His approach is simple: Build strength, improve endurance, and create a routine you can stick to without the need for a gym.

Based in the San Francisco, Alex specializes in in-home personal training, making it easier for busy professionals, families, and seniors to stay consistent and see progress. With a background in competitive football, lacrosse, and martial arts, Alex brings an athletic foundation into every session — combining strength training, injury prevention, and functional movement to help clients move better, feel stronger, and stay active long-term. His coaching approach is highly personalized. Every program is tailored to the individual — whether the goal is building strength, improving mobility, losing weight, or enhancing athletic performance.
