Our bottom line remains (and will always remain) giving every client the personalized service they’ve come to expect from us. There are some areas of GYMGUYZ and In-Home Personal Training, however, where a little diversification isn’t merely acceptable… but recommended.
Let’s say for the sake of argument that you live in upstate New York, near the Catskill Mountains. Whereas jogging up and down hills is a highly unlikely form of cardio throughout much of Long Island, it might be something to try if the area in and around your home is surrounded by hills of varying sizes. Of course, this is only one way your Coach can look to diversify your GYMGUYZ experience based upon where you’re situated. Since the GYMGUYZ lifestyle is a collaborative one, don’t hesitate to suggest other ideas so that we can continue to give you the best workouts of your life!
