Jesse James Levan is a devoted father, motivational speaker, and wellness entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in sales management and business development. As Co Owner of GYMGUYZ Main Line and Montgomery County, he is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives through personalized fitness and accountability. Jesse also serves as Director of the FITKIDZ Youth Program, promoting movement and wellness in schools and childcare centers, and is the founder of Healthy and Wealthy Dads, where he empowers father through health, personal growth, and financial education to build strong, purpose driven lives.

Shannon Rizzo Levan is a wellness entrepreneur, Reiki Level II Practitioner, and passionate advocate for holistic health with more than 20 years of experience in the wellness industry. As co owner of GYMGUYZ Main Line and Montgomery County, she helps clients build healthier, more balanced lives through personalized fitness, lifestyle coaching, and wellness support. Shannon is also the founder of the Boundless Foundation, leading initiatives focused on education, wellness, and community development in underserved communities worldwide. Her mission centers on empowering others to live with purpose, gratitude, and lasting impact.

Alicia

General Manager

In charge of day to day operations, Alicia is dedicated to creating a seamless, supportive, and positive experience for both clients and trainers. With a strong focus on communication, organization, and relationship building, she helps ensure every client feels valued, supported and set up for success throughout their fitness journey. Known for her problem solving mindset, attention to detail, and upbeat energy, Alicia works behind the scenes to coordinate scheduling, support trainer development, and maintain a high standard of client care. She is passionate about building strong systems, improving the overall client experience, and helping the team operate efficiently while maintaining a personal touch. And she does this while raising her GYMGUYZ baby, who was born a month after she joined the team!

Aja

Aja T | Certified Personal Trainer Aja has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Her journey began with cycling classes and has grown into a wide range of training styles, including strength training, TRX, agility work, and functional fitness.She has experience working with clients of all ages, from kids to seniors, and loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their everyday lives.Aja is also a passionate longdistance runner and is currently training for the Chicago Marathon this fall. Outside of fitness, she enjoys spending time with her three kids and her two very large dogs.

Alyson

Alyson brings a unique blend of education, coaching, and fitness leadership experience with a strong passion for helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. With dual degrees in Health Exercise Physiology and K12 Health Physical Education, along with experience teaching, coaching, and working with diverse populations, she excels at creating positive, motivating environments for both youth and adults. Alyson’s background in athletics, adapted physical education, and team leadership aligns strongly with the GYMGUYZ mission of delivering personalized, impactful fitness experiences directly to clients.

Meet Andrew Lenghel. Andrew is a breath of fresh air! As a Certified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience, he’s worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners to seasoned athletes. He believes in creating customized fitness experiences that actually fit his client’s life. When Andrew is not training clients or creating content, you’ll probably find him writing music, exploring nature, or diving into a good book on faith or science. His goal is to inspire lasting transformation and help individuals become the strongest version of themselves inside and out. Want a great workout playlist? He’s your guy!

Meet Heather, an enthusiastic and committed Certified Personal Trainer who believes fitness should help you feel great physically and mentally. After overcoming a life threatening event and years of recovery, she turned her passion into helping others move better, feel stronger and enjoy the process. Heather works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from 7 to 87, and is known for her bright personality, creativity, and encouragement. As our Live Virtual Training Guru, she keeps a close eye on form and support, making every session feel personal and engaging. Ask her about jump roping and you’ll quickly see her passion light up.

Jasmine

Jas is a dedicated personal trainer and competitive powerlifter with a lifelong passion for fitness and helping others feel strong and confident. She specializes in strength training, women’s health, and personalized fitness coaching. Since 2021, she has helped clients achieve their goals through customized programming, nutritional guidance, and a supportive, empowering approach. Jasmine is especially passionate about helping women build strength during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, creating safe and effective programs that support longterm confidence and wellness. She is currently enrolled for her Masters in Psychology.

John

John is a highly qualified and passionate personal trainer who loves helping people change their lives through health and wellness. With a strong background in exercise physiology and biomechanics, John specializes in individualized weight loss and muscle building programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. He takes a holistic approach to fitness, recognizing that true transformation includes mental and emotional wellbeing as well as physical health. John’s programs are designed to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Outside of training, he is a dedicated competitor, regularly participating in weightlifting and running events.

He believes that building healthy habits, improving selfconfidence, and developing a positive mindset are just as important as achieving goals in the gym. He encourages clients to celebrate their progress, practice selfcare, and recognize the value of investing in their health.Kevin’s coaching style combines accountability, encouragement, and education to help clients build sustainable habits that support longterm success.
