She consults global change leaders, guiding them on creating a lasting living legacy. Alexi is a Philadelphia resident who was born and raised in Jamaica. He attended Temple University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science. During his time at Temple, he interned with Temple Athletics as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and worked at several Physical Therapy Institutes to familiarize with injury rehabilitation and prevention. Currently working as a Trainer, he has worked with a variety of different clients ranging from high school students to senior citizens and everyone in between. He prides himself in helping his clients set realistic goals, celebrating all their wins, and having fun.

Kendra is a certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification. Since December 2022. She has been designing tailored exercise programs to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. She educates members on current health and fitness trends and possess extensive knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and exercise science. Her passion for fitness drives her to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through proper cardiovascular, flexibility, and resistance exercises. She conducts fitness assessments, demonstrate and teach exercises with feedback on technique, and create and instruct group fitness classes, all while providing excellent customer service.

Outside of the gym he’s a musician where he plays 6 instruments. He also loves to clear his mind from time to time and play basketball or read a good book. He’s also a geek when it comes to learning about real estate. Something about it just makes him excited!!

Pollie is a mother and wife as well as a teacher. She enjoys cooking healthy foods, gardening, pickle ball and she’s learning to play golf. Pollie strongly believes in the concept of progressive overload, which involves gradually increasing the intensity of workouts over time. Additionally, she values creativity in designing workout routines to ensure they remain engaging and enjoyable. You’ll be smiling through the workouts and finish with a sense of power!

Kenny, a Pittsburgh native, discovered his passion for strength and conditioning while playing competitive hockey in his youth. His firsthand experiences in the weight room, which mirror the developmental processes he now guides his clients through, inspired him to pursue a career in this field.

Kenny earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, channeling his enthusiasm for fitness into helping others achieve their ideal physique, enhance performance, and improve their quality of life. He is a people-oriented and results-driven professional with a strong passion for health, wellness, and athleticism. Combining his personal fitness journey with a desire to grow in the industry, Kenny develops individualized training programs, educates clients on exercise techniques, and performs functional movement screenings.

His previous experience includes assisting in training small and large group sessions, tailoring exercise programs, and supporting athletes ranging from youth to seniors. Kenny is committed to advancing his skills and making a positive impact in the fitness community. When he’s not training, you’ll find Kenny reading, writing, exploring YouTube rabbit holes, or practicing his Spanish.
