She discovered the importance of self-care and found great autonomy and freedom through both aerobic and anaerobic training. As her self-confidence grew, she promptly realized that she wanted to help others to recognize their potential as well. 

Laura is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy in Sports Medicine. She is also a certified pre and postnatal coach through the Girls Gone Strong program and has done work in the field of women’s health and exercise through menopause.
