    I was an athlete my entire life. Fitness has always played a major role in my life and my family's life growing up. It is my goal to make a positive impact in people's lives. My wife Lauren and I have been together for 13 years and she has always been my biggest supporter and confidant. We have a 10 year old son and 10 month old daughter.
