I was an athlete my entire life. Fitness has always played a major role in my life and my family’s life growing up. It is my goal to make a positive impact in people’s lives. My wife Lauren and I have been together for 13 years and she has always been my biggest supporter and confidant. We have a 10 year old son and 10 month old daughter. Aaron is the owner of GYMGUYZ Lehigh Valley, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Mercer, Ellicott, Southern DC Suburbs, and Western DC Suburbs

I tap into a variety of activities to stay physically and mentally fit. I work out about 6 times per week. For cardio, I like to play basketball and go on fast, short runs (1 to 4 miles). To build muscle, I love to push my limits by lifting heavy. For peace of mind, I enjoy hiking and walking on nature trails.

Bio :

I’m passionate about life, family, helping others, health and fitness. Being a Personal Trainer gives me great purpose. I strive daily to be a better version of myself so I can help others do the same. Helping Lehigh Valley residents improve their health and fitness abilities has been an invaluable reward.

I wish running around after my four kids was enough to stay fit. But we all know it isn’t that simple. Time is of the essence. So, quick HIIT and interval workouts are my go-tos for staying fit.

My youngest daughter has Cerebral Palsy. Her disabilities have opened my world and heart to the Adaptive Population.
