    Eat well by eating 90% of meals cooked at home using Whole Foods, Exercise with resistance 4 to 5 days a week, Drink plenty of water and reduce the amount of sugar and processed foods in my diet, make sure to take high quality supplements to support cellular function, Optimize Hormone Balance because your hormones are the messengers that keeps things functioning well, Detox a couple of times a year to make sure I remove toxins that can corrupt cellular health and hormone function

    I’ve always had a passion for fitness. I strive on a busy schedule, so quick HIIT workouts are my goto for staying fit. I enjoy teaching my four children the importance of living a healthy lifestyles, and lead by example. My youngest daughter has Cerebral Palsy. Her disabilities require stretching and strength training on a daily basis. To stay centered, I enjoy yoga, and evening walks with my family.

     Mostly, I train in the gym with a combination of weight training, cardio, plyometric and SAQ training. I also enjoy doing other outdoor activities as much as possible when the weather permits!
