She educates members on current health and fitness trends and possess extensive knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and exercise science. Her passion for fitness drives her to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through proper cardiovascular, flexibility, and resistance exercises. She conducts fitness assessments, demonstrate and teach exercises with feedback on technique, and create and instruct group fitness classes, all while providing excellent customer service.
Tamar
Meet Tamar, a dedicated women’s coach and yoga teacher who specializes in a unique form of yoga tailored for the female body, nervous system, and hormones. Her beautiful flow is designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, activate their core and feminine strength, and reignite their passion for life. She believes that building strength, confidence, and a love for movement at an early age lays the foundation for a lifetime of well-being.
In addition to her work with kids, Kelsey is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Nutrition Expert, and Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner who takes a whole-body approach to health. By addressing not just physical fitness but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, she helps individuals and families create long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes.

She serves clients from age 7 to 87 and they love her bright personality. Whether you’re new to fitness or getting back into a routine, she’s here to support you every step of the way!
