Setting the standard for getting fit, there are no contracts or monthly
fees for membership. Your first session is free, and you choose when it’s
most convenient to get active. Our clients choose to train with us anywhere
from two to five days a week, accomplishing one-hour sessions each time.
We have male and female trainers available, and it’s up to you whether
you’d like the same expert for every session.
When you partner with our certified personal trainers in Bethesda or Garrett Park, you can expect workouts to include:

And we’ll bring any equipment necessary, so you don’t need to worry about supplying materials. We base our programs on science, infuse them with fun, and no two workouts will ever be the same. As you gain strength and tone your body, your trainer will regularly assess and adjust your program, increasing challenges and monitoring progress.
