And not just with regular sessions that you can join in person – we understand that face-to-face isn’t ideal for everyone. Some days it’s easier to hop on a virtual call and get your sweat on. For those days, we offer virtual personal training.
Traditionally, we’re known as the pros that come to you with a van full of equipment. That means if you love working out under a tree at the park, we’ll meet you there. Or if you have an onsite gym but aren’t sure how to make the most of it, we will arrive to help. Now, we can still meet to work out anywhere you prefer, but it’s all online. FaceTime, WhatsApp, Skype, and Zoom are all platforms that we use. And as a bonus, you still get to use our equipment on a 30-day loan, so you’re still getting all the benefits of a GYMGUYZ session.
Every partnership begins with a free health and fitness assessment. This meeting is also virtual and gives us a chance to learn about you – your needs, goals, concerns, and how we can help. We will use this information to create a custom fitness program that aligns with your situation and goals. As you continue to gain strength and improve through virtual personal training, your trainer will adjust your workout plan accordingly. This helps to avoid the dreaded plateau – feeling as though you’re not making any further progress once you hit a certain point. It’s much easier to assess your progress and make impactful changes when you’re working with an expert who understands the nuances of the human body. Everyone is different, and we can help you make the most of your fitness journey.
