Dan is the owner and head trainer of GYMGUYZ of Southern Fairfield County. Dan earned his personal training certification from NCSF has been training for several years. Before signing on as the first GYMGUYZ franchisee Dan earned his Bachelors of Science from Coastal Carolina University with degree in Sport Management. Dan thrives to inspire his clients and team through his compassion, dedication and love for health and fitness. Dan can also be found officiating youth sports in the local community. He encourages his clients to work and think like a champion in every aspect of life!
Dan's purpose as to why he chose GYMGUYZ is he enjoys the success stories and changing peoples lives through a healthier lifestyle. Having a personal aspect to training is very important and his coaches are hand selected to share that same enjoyment when it comes to training.

Mason Personal TrainerMason Personal TrainerMason joins GYMGUYZ with a love for fitness. Having played hockey since he was 3 and wrestling throughout middle school and high school. After completion of High school mason spent 4 years as an infantryman. During his time serving for the US Army he realized the importance optimizing our physical performance through lifestyle changes in both nutrition and exercise. Mason then chose to be a health fitness professional because having the ability to help others make these lifestyle changes is something that motivates him every single day.
He will help you find the point at which you want to quit and show you that you can always go beyond that point. Then after a month, that quitting point will be a warm up for you. Mason is currently in the process of earning his bachelors in exercise science at NCC, and is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
