Our Virtual Personal Training Process

You’ll start your journey with a virtual health and fitness assessment, which is free. We’ll get to know each other and learn about your specific goals and needs. This information is used to create a fitness plan that’s completely customized for you, designed to help you achieve timely results.

Any equipment that will be necessary as part of your program will be brought to you on loan for 30 days. We thoroughly clean and disinfect all equipment between every use.

You get individual attention to know you’re doing things right, time to freely ask all your burning questions, and all the benefits of an in-person training session without leaving your home. We’ll switch up the workouts as you go, and as you gain strength, we’ll adjust your plan to avoid a plateau. And if one-on-one training isn’t your style, join a small group instead. Either way, you’ll have access to a trainer demonstrating exercises, instructing, informing, and motivating you along the way.
