HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK OUT WITH MY GYMGUYZ TRAINER?
We suggest that everyone gets four days of activity a week. Our clients train with us two to five days a week. GYMGUYZ recommends that our clients also workout on their own one to two days a week. It really depends on your goals and how quickly you want to achieve them.
WILL I HAVE THE SAME TRAINER EACH SESSION?
This all depends on your preference. All of our trainers are certified and you can request a specific coach.
What happens during my free in-home fitness assessment?
Your in-home fitness assessment is a personalized, no-obligation session with a certified personal trainer who comes to your home. Here’s what to expect:
- We come to you with all the equipment — no travel, no gym, no excuses.
- We discuss your goals, whether it's weight loss, strength, mobility, or overall wellness.
- We assess your current fitness level using a body composition scan and light movement tests.
- We build a custom fitness roadmap based on your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.
- We answer all your questions about training, nutrition, and how it all fits into your routine.

What if I don’t have a lot of space to work out at home?
No problem! GYMGUYZ trainers are experts at adapting to your environment. We’ve trained clients:
- In living rooms, backyards, garages, and driveways
- In apartments with only a yoga mat's worth of space
- Indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather
- Any additional services (e.g. nutrition coaching, stretching, app support)
You don’t need a home gym — just a small space and a willingness to move. We’ll handle the rest.
How does GYMGUYZ pricing work?
Our pricing is personalized based on your specific goals, schedule, and training needs. That’s why we don’t list generic pricing online.
Instead, we start with a free in-home assessment to understand:
- How often you'd like to train
- Whether you prefer 1-on-1, small group, or partner sessions
- Your preferred program length
- Any additional services (e.g. nutrition coaching, stretching, app support)
From there, we’ll provide a custom quote that fits your budget — clearly and without pressure.
Why don’t you list set pricing online?
Because every client is unique. We believe customized programs get better results than cookie-cutter packages. Listing fixed pricing wouldn’t reflect your actual training plan — or your goals.
