What You’ll Need:
- A large pineapple
- Can of coconut milk
- Can opener
How to Make:
- Peel and chunk the pineapple and freeze overnight.
- Add pineapple to blender with ½ cup of coconut milk (work in batches if necessary).
- Add more milk as you work to get the right texture.
- Serve in a cold dish!
