    Activities You Do To Stay Fit: Aside from regular workouts, I like to Ruck (it’s done in the military, basically I have a backpack that I put 20-40lbs in and just walk). It’s not super intense but it’s a great way to stay fit by putting a different stressor in the body that most people aren’t used to. I typically ruck on off days or for active recovery.
