I got into fitness in my 20's to build size and strength but as I've grown older it has evolved to move better, feel better and overall stay healthy. As a personal trainer that moved into fitness management with two huge fitness chains in the past my main concern was to simply help people reach their health and fitness goals. Seeing my clients and my team's clients change both physically and mentally with exercise was the best feeling! I prefer to change things up to keep my workouts interesting and to ensure I’m making progress.
