I got into fitness in my 20’s to build size and strength but as I’ve grown older it has evolved to move better, feel better and overall stay healthy. As a personal trainer that moved into fitness management with two huge fitness chains in the past my main concern was to simply help people reach their health and fitness goals. Seeing my clients and my team’s clients change both physically and mentally with exercise was the best feeling! With proper exercise we can move better, lose weight, lower or even come off certain medications, live longer and enjoy an active lifestyle!

I exercise 5 days per week and my workout routine never consists of the same exercises on a day to day basis. I prefer to change things up to keep my workouts interesting and to ensure I’m making progress. Some exercises or activities I like to engage in include: yoga, hiking, walking or running, strength training/circuit training and high intensity interval training
