RECIPE OF THE WEEK HONEY LIME GLAZED SALMON

It’s basically summer— which means the cravings for fresh seafood are probably getting pretty real. But eventually, the same old plain seafood dishes get a little bit mundane. This mouthwatering recipe for honey lime glazed salmon is designed to bring you out of the seafood doldrums and into a new, glorious light that allows you to savor every single bite.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

GLAZE:

  • 5 tbsp. honey
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • Sriracha, to taste

SALMON:

  • 4 center cut salmon filets (6-8 oz. each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE:

Make sure you pat the filets dry with towels to ensure they grill perfectly! Whisk glaze ingredients together until all are completely combined, then heat in a saucepan over medium until thickened. Salt and pepper each side of the filets and grill over medium-high heat, flipping once. Average time is 2-3 minutes per side, but make sure your filets are completely cooked through before removing them from the grill. Remove from grill, brush with honey glaze, and serve with extra on the side! Play around with garnishes as well— we think chives would be a good addition.

If you’re looking for a side dish, try some roasted lemon-pepper green beans or a bean salad!
