    Pre-GYMGUYZ Client Situation: Client had a busy life style and had no time to go to gym. She drank a bottle of wine every night and her diet were composed of mostly fast food. She weighed 231lbs and 60lbs over

    Post GYMGUYZ Client Situation: After working with her, she changed her diet assisted with the “Clean Eats Program.” Also, she now works out two-three times a week. She lost over 25lbs through a tailored exercise program and she continues to stick with the program and continues to lose weight.
    Goal Achieved: YES, she was able to change her life style by increasing weekly exercise activities and healthy eating.

    What Were the Highlights of working with GYMGUYZ: Some of the highlights of working with Gym Guyz is the convenience of having a trainer come to your home or where ever you are and there is no competition for equipment. All the sessions are client specific. Additionally, each exercise routine is never the same and it changes to fit each client’s profile and client’s body as it changes while they are in the program.
